Anuradha comes with 26 years of experience in the field of Human Resources; primarily Learning & Development. An alumna of The Lawrence School, Sanawar, Sonal Mattoo acquired her BA. LLB (Hons) from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

As Founding Director of HELPING HANDS, she drafts policies and conducts training and investigation on Sexual Harassment, workplace harassment, compliance issues and gender sensitization, for various companies, consulting firms, hotels, hospitals, pharma companies, educational establishments and business associations.

She helps companies with mediation and negotiations as a neutral third party.

Sonal is on the board of one of India’s premier housing and finance companies.  

Sonal’s initiatives in these areas and notably on sexual harassment workshops, have been covered twice by `Femina’, `Around Town’ and again twice by `Cosmopolitan’ and Reader’s Digest’s ‘Joy’. She has also been invited by E TV to develop and present 12 TV episodes on `Legal and General Issues Specific to Women’ for their program, `Nari’.

A keen reader, Sonal has written articles on Sexual Harassment for Human Capital (India’s premier journal on HR), newspapers, seminars, and contributed a chapter on `Sexual Harassment’ for `Empowerment of Women in India, 2003’, published by Law Publishers, Allahabad.

Sanjay is a Partner with PwC and leads the western India Transfer Pricing practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in advising several multinational corporate on domestic and international taxation, transfer pricing and regulatory matters.

Sanjay is a regular speaker at tax seminars and industry conferences. He is also a visiting faculty at IIM, Ahmedabad.

Before joining PwC in 1998, Sanjay was a CFO with Synergy group of companies which had business in verticals namely Finance, Software and Merchant Banking. Prior to Synergy, Sanjay was a practicing Chartered Accountant in the capacity of a partner with M/s. Dalal & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College.
